    In all honesty, it depends on where the metal originates from. In my personal opinion, American metal is far too bland and generic for my tastes. European metal is where the headbanging frenzy is occurring. Power metal is experiencing a revolution in Europe right now and metal from Europe in general has far more variety and skill involved, in my opinion of course.
    I see. I don't suppose you would have heard of Blind Guardian or Children of Bodom? Power metal and death metal respectively, though if you do not call music by such names I can accept that.

    Waiting for something is a well documented part of my life, but I think the path to finding it is slowly becoming clearer
    It makes sense if you think about it.When people starve the body starts to eat itself.Doing exercise burns calories..so if you haven't eaten enough calories it's like starving yourself in that your body will eat into your fat and muscle for energy.Unless your planning on getting into body building don't worry about having a special diet,as-long as your having 3 meals a day you should be fine!
    Hey Sial.I'm not an expert about the gym but I will try and help if I can.About eating,well protein is good,as it's the building block for muscles :) So stuff like chicken,eggs ect Also carbs are good for energy and lot's of full cream milk if you want to bulk up.But tbh,as long as your eating normal meals that should be good enough :) It's only bad when you don't eat enough as you will burn away your muscle rather than building it up.
