How are you feeling?

... It's easy to feel more lonely than the average person if you have SA, and there's no time like Christmas to make it hit home that little bit extra ... The trick is to just keep as busy as possible. You're writing a book? That should do the trick!. The more we do, the less time we have to think
I wonder if that's why people nowadays are so busy?
Not such a bad thing, being "busy", esp if means stops one's troublesome thoughts.
Of course ideally, to have a proper balance in life, one would not only be "doing" but also "being" (sort of like the "smelling the roses" thing)

Hie yer hence from me heath!
I can't help feeling that had I got the proper help and support for social anxiety and depression earlier, then maybe I wouldn't be in the situation I'm currently in. Especially from my family. ::(: I know it's not too late but still... I should've got counseling 8 years ago when I was 16 years old. Because that's when my SA and depression started getting worse.

Very unmotivated.

Also, earlier instead of feeling sad about my problems as I usually do, I felt angry. Then I calmed down and got back to the usual depression, which is slowly fading out.

I been overthinking so much in the past couple of days. I can't even concentrate meditation anymore.

Pretty good actually, I've had a nice morning.

Now if only I could get some laundry done, then my morning/afternoon will be perfect. The girls here think they have to do laundry every. single. day. Annoys the crap out of me. >.>

Trying to not let anger get to me for now. Once classes are done for the day, I'll run it off at the gym (and pretend like I'm beating the sh*t out of something).

There's too much school work :( I'll never get it all done. And the fact that I never start early enough doesn't make it any better.

Ah, I know the feeling. Well, why don't you work on what's most important and scroll down the list? That way, whatever doesn't get done won't hurt your grade that badly. As for next time, try to force yourself to work, even if you really don't want to. This is your grade and your future, so do what you can to make it a good one, okay?

Nervous, impatient and eager. Together forming a feeling that is dreadful now, but is eventually going to turn in a great one. Just have to hang in there for a few more days.

Tired, lazy, wishing my roommate would leave. I still have all this stuff to do, but I don't want to do it while she's here. Why? Because I'm weird like that.
