Yeah, I remember really liking that anime but I can't really remember any of the details except that dark tournament thing. Haven't seen it in a while.

I get super focused like I do on a book so I recall character personalities and story arcs etc pretty well.

Pokemon (JAP ONLY!), Digimon (JAP), Hoshi no Kaabii (NEVER watch the English version) .hack//SIGN, Elfen Lied, Wolf's Rain, Full Metal Alchemist, and Junjou Romantica are some.

Gundam 00, Full metal alchemist and Dragon Ball z, I couldn't care less for other animes, my brother gave my almost a terrabyte of that stuff and I still haven't bothered to look at it :p...

I really liked Nodame Cantabile (Season 2, in Paris).
/I watched Season 1 as a drama :)/

Don't know much anime... (except English stuff we used to watch as kiddies... Lieutenant Mumbly of Hanna Barbera comes to mind, lol!)

I really like Japanese drama and Korean drama!! :) <3 <3 <3 :D

Noone mentioned Neon Genesis Evangelion? Best anime ever, very good story and action, and it has very deep depressing characters and alot of slow paces to bring it out.

I have started watching Welcome to the NHK as everyone recommends it so much, but it's slightly depressing!! :eek:

Maybe you just mustn't watch it too much, just one or two episodes now and then..? But I can't stop watching it!! :eek: yikes!

Oh god, how could I forget about Kimba?! (And yeah, it seems to be a rip off of The Lion King but if anything, it's the other way around because Kimba came first. However I still think the first Lion King is based off Hamlet while the second; Romeo and Juliet. I DO NOT count 1 1/2 as a real movie...)

Oh. If anyone's interested though, there's a site that compares Kimba to TLK.

Disney's Lion King Was to be a Remake of Kimba the White Lion?

I never really even knew much about anime nor knew I liked it until I started watching Bleach last year, and I have been attempting to watch Gundam Mobile Suit 00.
