When you're 60, what will you regret?

I hope to have no regrets because everything i've done has taught me something whether it's good or bad. I hope to have lived hard and had fun. I hope to have all the heart-thumping love,lust,and passion that one person can stand.

Sorry if i'm not answering the thread properly...i just didn't want to list all the possibilities for regret by the time I'm an older adult. There's always room to regret SOMETHING...it's just a matter of choosing to focus on that regret or choosing to focus on the things you DON'T regret.

Thats when things will start feeling right for me. At the age its acceptable to be bitter and pissed off...its expected. I will be sitting in my rocking chair complaining about the youth and telling kids to "get off my lawn"

I will be hated..and feared. Rumors will spread about me.

Its nice to have things to look forward to.

I can't wait for the age when it's finally "socialy acceptable" to be asocial. I don't think I'll regret anything, since the past is the past and at the end it doesn't really matter what you have or haven't done, because we're all going to die anyway. Right now I do regret a lot of things I haven't done, but that's because I have to live with myself for a few more decades (well, more then "a few"). But when I'm 60 (if I ever am, of course), I'll know death is near and nothing will matter.

I hope you want to hang around longer than that, things can change. Trust me, I'm 49 . Jeez, I've only got 312 days until I hit the big five oh. I want to hang around longer. Life's pretty good, my body is starting to wind down like an old Russian tractor, but still goes efficiently.
