I just had some vegetable soup a bit earlier because I thought i'd have some sort of soup because i Have a cold lol It was not nice that one, Then i just had a little slice of an average frozen pizza

for lunch, i had a caprese salad i made yesterday from fresh, local produce i bought at the farmer's market - cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, green onion, kohlrabi - and some vinegar and oil

Just had some beef and vegetable kabobs (mushrooms, onion, peppers, eggplant). Then with the rest of the leftover eggplant I brushed with olive oil and put on some italian seasoning and grilled it. :: So freaking awesome! And with that, I have an idea for Wednesday's dinner...
