Books / Audio Tapes that teach me things or are inspiring.
Music
Drawing (sometimes, I can't really do it how I want to so sometimes I get annoyed by it instead lol).
Exercise (when I can be bothered!)
Family and friends (sometimes, though people usually annoy me more than anything lol, or most people).
Massive chats with someone similar to you, when you feel you have a big connection with the other person.

-Talking to folks on SPW
-Writing programs (trying to, at least)
-Having long periods of time to just think (about anything and everything)
-Finding new things that make me happy

-The feeling that I don't have anything to do after having been busy for a time
-Going crazy
-Singing
-Having interesting conversations with my sister, friends, or anyone
-When someone smiles at me (it's really comforting)

-The feeling, after studying, that I have learned something (and that I'm gonna have a good mark in the exam)
-Warm showers in winter
-Warm soup (in winter too, but sometimes also in summer:

This is the bomb! Winters in Australia aren't as crazy as other countries, and it never snows here, but the feeling of going into a hot shower when it's f-f-freezing is so good.

Well, more like things that help me distract myself... music, I'm always listening to music. I used to live it, now it's more like one of the few things that avoid the overthinking.

But... I can say that there is something that makes me happy. When I feel that I'm making someone I appreciate having a good time. Make good people have a good time, I love it. I love when. The bad part is that it never really happens, I can't make it...
