"Trying to pick someone up" - lol, Ever! I don't think 3 was a big enough on the avoidance side for me.

Score 90 or higher SAD extremely probable
Scores in this range often are accompanied by great distress and difficulty in social functioning, and are also commonly seen in persons entering treatment for the generalized type of SAD.

If i'm being honest i thought mine wasn't as bad, as some other peoples :( do i need to see a doctor or something now?

It's only an online test, not a diagnosis. If feel the need to see a doctor feel free, but I wouldn't purely based on the results from the test. And it's not a comparative disorder, how bad you are relative to others should not be what pushes you to get help, but rather you desire or need to "get better." I'm not a professional or even that knowledgeable though, just what I think.

EDIT: I just took it again and answered as to how I was last year and it was 140. So, I've had some improvement. :D

Well I'm not the right person to ask because I'm still undiagnosed, but I think that's one route, going to your gp and then he'll refer you to a psychiatrist or someone else. Don't quote me on that though, I'd recommend asking someone else who's been through the process already, lot's of people on here I'm sure.

I got a 121.

It was disheartening reading some of those. Those are normal things that normal people do on a normal day. It comes so easily to them. Its like nobody told them it's the hardest thing in the world.
