Mine's around 9 right now.

why is it 9?

i'm at 4 . I got a technical report I have to finish writing in 4 days, before school starts. that's the main thing. Also, I'm gonna be leaving my hometown in 2 days. i have a flight booked. I'm gonna be meeting a bunch of new people in the dorm. But I'm trying to not worry about those things right now and just focus on writing the report (or procrastinating, as that's what i'm doing right now)

I don't really know...
4... Maybe. Sometimes feelings are hard to interpret in this manner.

I'd be quite stressed in that situation. Perhaps a 6-7...8. Shows how differently people cope with things...

I'd say about a 2 or 3 at the moment. Everything is stress free at the moment, but i do have lots of things coming up in the next few weeks that i'm very worried about (moving into my new flat, meeting new people, having to pick my dissertation topic, and studying my 3rd year at uni when most of the course is way too difficult for me). In fact just thinking about those things has increased my stress haha

only 3 despite being overloaded with school work (already behind) plus therapy and no time/energy to write to friends. that's what's bad about ssri's - apathy and tiredness!

i'm trying to get off or reduce them though, slowly.
