The Way: 6.5/10 stars

It was an underrated movie. Very emotional movie. I liked it.

The Raven: 8/10 stars

There is one thing to watch that is called consistency, and that is John Cusack. As Poe, he is phenomenal.

Can't help but fall in love with Poe's character, which I can actually relate to. I drink a lot. Maybe not as often as he did.

Let's give Cusack a hand, he has been in some great movies. When you watch him, you will know what "in the moment" means for actors. He is his character. That's how you act.

The Expendables 2: 4/10 stars

I'm sorry, I am already burnt out on this series. I was excited because I liked the first one, but they should have stopped there.

The jokes they have don't have any weight on them. They tried too hard to make the movie comical. Some parts may be funny, but most of it is too light-hearted.

There is too much action and too much comedy in this. It's odd that I'm saying that, isn't it? That's the way I felt.

They tried too hard is what they did.

Oh yeah, and they had too many stars in that. It didn't work for this movie.

Less is more applies in this type of movie.

On our last video weekly movie evening, we first watched "J. Edgar". That one was interesting, but in the end a bit lengthy. The second movie that evening was "Piranha 3DD". Oh my that one was horrible. It was gory, and had a few good laughs, but apart from that was just bad.

"The Combination"
Based around the racial wars between Anglo-Australians and Lebonese Australians in Western Sydney... randomly found it on youtube but was actually really really good!
Have to say a 10/10 :)

The third wheel 8/10 very funny and I enjoyed it alot.
Mild-mannered Stanley, a homeless man. After accidentally bumping Phil with his car, Stanley can't shake the vagrant to save his life and three's definitely a crowd on this date
with Luke wislon, ben affleack,Denise Richards, and Jay Lacopo

The Kill Point Season 1: 3/10 stars

It just didn't work for a made for tv show. The bank robber setting needs to be in a rated R movie imo.

Rosewood Lane: 8/10 stars

This movie snuck it's way past many people but not me. I absolutely love movies like this one.

Plot was great. Rose McGowan is so hot which always helps. The boy who is evil does such a great job, he's the best actor in the movie.

Dead Man Running: 6/10 stars

It was kind of a british type film with Curtis Jackson. It was cool and kept me watching.

Dark Shadows: 3/10 stars

This just bored me away from the movie. It was too slow moving. I liked what they did with Depp's character and they tried the Adams Family thing, it just wasn't exciting enough. The movie lacked presence.

The Dark Knight Rises - 7/10

[SPOILERS]
I liked it, but I just hate it when they end long running trilogies like that. The fact that after their fight, and when he later presumes Bruce is dead, Alfred and Bruce never speak to each other again really irks me. The last stand off between Batman and Bane in the crowd looked surprisingly cheap also.

I did love like how they christened Blake as the new Batman in the end. A curious choice, really, as you'd expect him to become Robin or Nightwing, but all evidence suggests that he's going to be Batman rather then anyone else (the repaired Bat Signal, the constant hints of Batman being a immortal symbol and the simple fact that he introduced the Batman costume).
[/SPOILERS]

It was a fantastic movie, I just kinda wish it would've concluded differently.

Forget Me Not: 3/10 stars

Total copy off of The Ring and Carrie. The killer looked so dumb. It was just too silly.

I also didn't like the cheesy sex scenes and absent-minded characters. Ugh, disappointing movie.

Lawless: 5.5/10 stars

I thought this would be better. It had a slow pace to it which was expected.

Good acting but predictable. The movie was too dark. Only movies like The Godfather can pull off too dark and still be great.

"Vicky Cristina Barcelona"

It was ok. Not awesome, but interesting nonetheless.

I'd give it a 7 of 10.
