Migraines. MIGRAINES. migraines migraines

Migraine is obsolete. Neurofen for Migraine is one option. Another is to get an anti-nausea prescription from the doctor at the same time as an anti-migraine one. Migraine disrupts the digestion, so the medication is not absorbed unless you are taking something to combat nausea.

I should note to myself not to call someone (my counselor) mid-panic attack when she's only going to tell me the good she thinks of me. Especially in public. I cannot take kind things said to me when I'm in that kind of state, or just negative in general. It hurts as a pang, and makes me annoyingly emotional. I don't really have a problem with crying, I'd just rather do it in the comfort of my home, instead of in public and to someone.

I don't believe the kind things. I've never fully been able to. I can think good things to myself, like I'm smart or somewhat pretty, in moments. They're usually very fleeting. I don't have confidence that I'm smart. Or that I'm pretty. Or anything worthwhile.

The way people see us and the way we see ourselves can be totally different. I think folks like us tend to base our opinions of ourselves on our feelings and our thoughts. People don't get to hear what goes on in our heads. This means we have a different perspective of ourselves as compared to what others see. They usually don't feel the insecurity we feel about ourselves, and so we pass over any compliments. Which in something we probably shouldn't do. I'm sure those compliments are genuine, and maybe in time you will get to see the good others see. :)

On gossamer strands a spider crawls,
gliding smoothly towards its prey.
Those final seconds last a lifetime,
but its just another day.

Hm, interesting, I didn't find it repetative because he seemed to have a lot of emotion attached to his words. It really makes it obvious, the different perspectives of people. (in a good way not a bad way).
