How do you best explain what it's like having anxiety to someone who has never experienced it? :thinking: :idontknow:
Sneak up behind them with a cap pistol and fire it off, then get right in their face and say:
"See? Get a job feeling like this." POW!
"Get a date feeling like this." POW!
"Feel goooooood about yourself." POW!
"Be somebody." POW!
"Love somebody."POW!
"Beeeeeeee somebody worth loving." POW!
"What's the matter, it's all in your head." POW!
"You're just lazy!" POW!
"Don't be so sensitive!" POW!

you're really having fun? :bigsmile:I like flies & spiders (in the house). They keep me company. I currently have 1 fly inside. It sometimes walks around on my laptop.
'Ooh fly, you've gone a-why!' (as it leaves the spot it's been at for past 1/4 hr or so)
'Ooh fly, you've returned, aye!' (as it returns to nearby spot & flies about "wantonly")
'Ooh fly, i can't see you, why?' (it's disappeared)
'There you are, hoorah!' (it appears again, at my feet, then lands on my forehead! what a funny fly!)

it might help if you told your father that you were really angry and that you truly feel you're right and he was wrong and that you forgive him.
Then you can also add, 'I'm sorry about what i did wrong but..'We're BOTH at fault - for having anger issues. I'm currently studying about anger on the web (eg Becoming Unoffendable: How To Deal With Insults and The Psychology of Anger and Anger Management : Insult, Revenge ...)
