Speaking of nightmares... I was awoken by a nightmare... Opened my eyes to the blackness and thought it was around 3 or 4 in the morning... Then I checked my watch and saw that it was 7:30... If you're going to be woken by a nightmare there is no better time than just before you usually wake up!

the seasonal illuminated conifer...

Beautiful.:perfect:
That reminds me I need to buy some new lights for mine.

Shoulder feels better. Thank you, general-brand painkillers! :D

I know right:) I shudder to think how migraine sufferers coped before painkillers were discovered. My migraines would be unbearable without them.

I am starting to develop an irrational fear of driving. Must do some investigating into this...

If anyone here is familiar with the atheist side of Youtube... I saw a guy waiting at a bus station yesterday that looked just like Thunderf00t. The resemblance was uncanny. Perhaps he's paying a visit to the States? :p

My mother and I were waiting in traffic with her window rolled down and "Wild Thing" was playing on the radio, and the guy kept staring at her - probably wondering why a middle-aged white woman was listening to such a song. haha. Why not?

I live with some of the whiniest people. They find something to complain about every day. Its exhausting to be around. I would be twice as happy without that particular influence.

You know how the seasons are opposite for the Northern and Southern hemispheres? For example, it would be winter here in the USA but summer down in Australia. I can't help but wonder, how do people in the Southern hemisphere celebrate Christmas without snow and cold? They can't make snowmen, snow angels, or snow balls. I remember seeing a picture of a group of Australians posing in swimswear and Santa hats at the beach. Maybe they celebrate Christmas in the sand, swimming and drinking at the beach. Looks like they won't be wearing scarves or ugly Christmas sweaters this time of year.

Or maybe I have it all wrong. Maybe it's Christmas for us this time of year, but it's not Christmas for them.

People in Australia are far too busy during this time of year. Fighting festive dragons and skyscraper spiders..

.. Right? Australia has dragons right?

We don't have white Christmases here, but we celebrate just like you guys do: big dinner, family gathering, presents. Only real difference is that we might take a dip in a pool/the beach and it's hot here. Our Christmas cards are still decorated with snowmen and stuff, and we accept that we can't have a white Christmas like you can, but we can have fun swimming if we wanted to. :)

I hate you, Olivia Culpo. And anyone else who has or will win a Miss Universe, Miss America, Miss Massachusetts, and whatever other "Miss Even-The-Straight-Women-Wanna-Bang-Me" competition you can win, said the jealous girl in acidic tones.
