Is it just me, or has your beard gotter shorter?
That's no a recent photo, btw. It wus taken a few months afore ma recent surgery.
A wee bit of trivia for ye, ah'd actually shaved it down to stubble near the end of August last year for my 3rd & final consultancy appointment with the women who'd be overseeing and doing my operation in the New Year, and she wondered why. But it was mainly due, in part, to me not having this eye-catching t-shirt to wear at the time... :bigsmile:
Got it in time for my pre-op assement near the end of last year, though. Never laughed so much since attending the Edinburgh Fringe that year. But ah'll bore yous with the details of that story in ma own thread soon enough...
Anywho, ah huv'nae shaved ma beard in tha last 3 months. Just trimmed the long ends here an there. Straightened ma sideburns a bit and shavin' whenever it veers intae "neck beard" territory. Other than that, ah've just been keepin' ma beards and skin moistured to keep the itching to a mimimum.
Ah'd post the photo ah took not long after gettin' home from tha hospital, but wouldnae want frighten yous lot.
