Nickelback is my favourite band right now. I actually find these songs to be quite helpful if I'm in a bad mood.

Dark Dark Dark - Daydreaming (love this mostly for the piano parts)

These are my forever favorites, songs that I will always love. I love Light This City because Laura has the best vocals I've ever heard for a female fronted band, other than The Agonist. And Emilie Autumn has to be my absolute favorite musician at the moment, she also writes a lot of poetry. I LOVE her music. She is a goddess I swear haha.
Also sorry about the links, tried putting in the videos directly but it's not working for me.

She's one of those artists who doesn't make the mainstream media news anymore, but is still super talented.
Beth Hart - LA Song - YouTube
She sounds amazing live (at least that's what I get from YouTube; I've never seen her in person). You can find a couple of her full concerts uploaded on YT.
Sanders Bohlke - The Weight of Us - YouTube
I'm fascinated by the instrumental part at the beginning of this song and I don't know why. It's so simple, but beautiful.

Helium Vola «Veni Veni» - YouTube
Veni, veni, venias,
ne me mori facias,
hyria, hyrie, nazaza,
trillirivos, trillirivos.
Pulchra tibi facies,
oculorum acies,
capillorum series,
o quam clara species!
Rosa rubicundior,
lilio candidior,
omnibus formosior,
semper in te glorior!
