Dw, conspiracy to the rescue!
It's not difficult to lose weight, you just need two very important things
1. Motivation

Thank you, Kia.I'm not going to lie: there have been a few times where I have questioned what I'm doing, and I've wanted to binge on chocolate, but weighing myself on a weekly basis is actually doing me some good. Seeing the decreasing numbers is helping, because my stomach looks exactly the same. If I was going by that alone, I would've probably given up.
Yeah, exactly. I'm not noticing any reduction in belly circumference, but the scales are showing a loss, so that's good. It's been hard to persist at times, but I'm still going, so that's good. You are persisting, too, so you should be congratulating yourself, as well. Not seeing results is most discouraging - it is a good thing you are keeping track. You should feel very proud of yourself, not just for your effort but for your persistence.
Excellent results. Mikey, whatever excercise regimen you're doing really is working. You should sell it.Down to 86.2kg (190lb).
That's a loss of 6.5kg (14.3lb) in 5 weeks.
One of my only recent accomplishments, I must say.

I gained quite some weight during the last few years, and blamed it on my office job and my broken thyroid gland. Then I decided to change something. About a year ago I quit my public transportation thingy, and since then use only the bike, which means biking for about 15 miles a day. I started heaving a regular breakfast, and either have hearty lunch and skip dinner, or having a salad for lunch plus a dinner.
I still eat pizza on our weekly film evening, and sometimes some chocolate or whatnot. But I slowly lose weight. Despite office job and thyroid gland. I now have a bdmi of about 27, down from 28, without being hungry or skipping on sweet stuff entirely. That works for me. I lose weight only slowly, but still, things improve.
Uhhhhh, yea. I'm still working on that part!once we get rid of the excuses
Lately every second day feels crisis enough for the excuse to do that. It's the only thing that makes me feel safe. Trying to figure this out....
Well I want to,so I am starting this thread to keep progress,if anyone wants to lose or post something related feel free to,here is my story:
Until around 2009 I didnt care or know what my weight was,but I got fired and was around 10 months at home, in this time I got up to 93 kg(205 lb) I am 1m and 69 cm,(5'6),in 2010 I managed to lose weight and was 69kg (around 155lb),but in 2011 I ganeid weight again,I was up to 90kg(200lb),now I am 84.5kg(185 lb).
I eat well, but also eat junk food,on the weekends I cant resist and I have to buy junk food, well from now on I will try not to or do it in a controled way.![]()
