how many friends do you have?

So It's very hard for people with SA to have friends or to maintain friends.

I want to know how many friends you've got.

I got one local friend, one friend who lives 3 hours away and 5 online friends.

How about y'all?

I have my group of friends from middle school which amount to 12, but I can't say I'm close to them. I don't really share anything important about myself with them, and I barely talk to them when we aren't together. We usually hang out once a month. Most of them live 15 minutes away by car or 40 minutes by bus. Too far to walk there.

Then I have my group of friends from college, we're 8. 2 of them are from the middle school group. We're rather scattered around now. Anyway, same thing applies to these guys: I don't really share anything important about myself with them, even though I've known one of these guys since kindergarten.

I used to have a few online friends but we grew apart when the forum we visited disbanded. Can't say I have online friends, only acquaintances I guess.

I guess it depends on what you define as a friend. The term can be used loosely. I don't really have any true friends right now. I kind of think I wasn't really meant to have any friends sometimes.

I have seven online friends, three of which I met very recently (like under a month) two I met last year, one I met two years ago, and one I met over a decade ago. The two I've known longest only talk to me once a month or so though.

Met them in the sense of started talking to them online though ^^;

All of them live across the ocean except the one I've known the decade. They live on the other side of the country, but I might be able to visit them either later this year or next.

I only have one true friend, and we meet once in a while. I have my former classmates, and I was a real friend of some of them, but ever since school ended, we haven't been in contact. Then there are my current classmates, but I don't see them as friends. On the internet, I know quite a few people fairly well, and we write to each other. Generally, I only have one real, true friend, and a lot of acquaintances.

I just have one that I ever really see, and he got married in October, so I've hardly seen him since then. Everybody's growing up and doing what people do. Even one of my old friends who I barely see now, who's the only other person I know with SP, found out he's going to be a dad last week. It's all good, I honestly wouldn't trade places with either of them. Their wives aren't exactly fantastic people.

I have maybe 3 or 4 personnal friends which i hang out most of the time, got a lot of acquaintance, but i dont see them often.
