    Still not well enough to return to work, I was assaulted by a patient and it really shook me up, I'm on medical leave.

    Hi.Music is something I have used for years to lift my spirts when Im down and just to in general because I love music and listen to it most days.Its one of the few things that is almost plugged into my emotions and really affect me emotionally in a good way.

    How often do you listen to music.

    I listen to mainly rock music with a some rnb and classical.

    Do you buy cds or download music.I still buy cds from amazon and second hand shops.I dont thing I have ever downloaded a song or cd and Im not sure how to.

    Do your interests help relieve the stress from anxiety.

    Ahh good luck with that. I was a psychiatric nurse. It got too much for me unfortunately, as you can imagine.

    Okay.Casaulty has been on tv for decades which in the tv climate were getting series comission is hard,it says alot about the consistant quality of the show.I use to watch Casaulty every week but not for a while now.Nothing to do with the show itself but I usually work on the weekends.

    Do you like modern british rock music.Feeder,Muse,Bush,Placebo,Sterophonics.

    Hi.I have not heard of alot of the shows you mentioned.I live in England so only some US shows get shown here.Shows like The Big bang theory,New girl,Two and a half men,Anger management get shown here and they are some of my favourite shows.Have you seen them.

    I just read your post. You can meet someone. Create a meet up thread under Social Anxiety. Just list your city. I'm sure there are other SA suffers on this forum in your area. I plan on meeting some people from this forum as well.
