Pork roast with portabella mushrooms.

Salted and peppered it then gave it a sear. Plucked rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, and 2 kinds of oregano from the garden for it this morning. Added 2 yellow onions and minced in a clove of garlic.

Letting it simmer all day long and having it with mashed potatoes tonight.

It already smells like heaven. :thumbup:

...Oh wait. I forgot I have beans soaking in the fridge. I just remembered I was going to make ham and bean soup in the crock pot. Still, yours sounds better.
 
I am house sitting for my parents and their kitchen is much bigger/better equipped than mine, so I have been enjoying cooking the last day and a half.

I made a raw vegan cheesecake, a smoothie bowl for breakfast, and last night's dinner: Asian stir fry with tofu and a glass of wine.
I have always wondered what Tofu actually tastes like? :thinking:
