Coffee in the morning for me, flavored with dark cocoa and sweetened with licorice root. Trust me: it's the only way. Half-caf for the first cup or two, to help sweep away the cobwebs, then decaf, so as not to interfere with my midday nap. Too much caffeine gives me the jitters and tends to bring out the manic side of my bi-polar personality, so I try to keep it in check. Mustn't frighten the natives, you know.
I mostly use a single-cup drip-style contraption to make my coffee, but every few days I break out an old aluminum moka pot to squeeze one more cup out of previously used grounds. The moka pot gives the brew a distinct metallic flavor, but since it's essentially a free cup of coffee, I don't mind it too much.
In the afternoon and evening, I prefer tea, either green or herbal, depending on the hour and the mood. I just brewed the first pot of green tea in my new tea press, and managed to pour boiling water all over my hand in the process.

Gonna have to work on that.
