It's getting common for me to sleep 10 hours a day during the summer evenn if I do nothing all day (like most days). Still, when I went on a 6 day vacation recently I slept 8 hours a day and when I came back, I kept that rhythm for around 5 days, after which I got back to 9 and then 10 hours a day.
But today I slept 11 hours, and 7 hours later I fell asleep for 30 minutes (then I woke up with my mum making noise, otherwise I'd sleep a whole hour). I didn't do much today, I just watched stuff on my pc and read a book. Same goes for yesterday, though I was at the gym for 45 minutes (as usual, I go twice a week).
Why am I sleeping so much? I think I have a good enough diet and I think I sleep well and I don't snore. I'm slightly underweight. One of the fans in my computer makes a lot of noise and I keep it on most of the day because that's where I spend most of my time, could that be the cause?
