Sorry if this is a little off topic.. But I was wondering if any of you guys have suffered from erectile dysfunction... I'm only 19 and I can't get it up and I'm scared out my mind! I'm really hoping that it's because I'm depressed and smoke but I've had the symptoms for months now and they don't seem to be getting any better...

I best book another apointment with my GP, god, is there anymore embarrassing conditions which I want to suffer from? I most certainly haven't been blessed...

ED can be a side effect of some medications. If you're taking anything for depression, HH, etc., that could be the culprit. It's definitely something to discuss with your doctor.

Is it only when you're with someone? Or all the time?

If its only with someone then it could be performance anxiety... Happens to everyone now and again so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Stopping smoking etc is a good idea either way!

\Ive had this off and on for quite a while.

Theres no way to be soft about this issue. Do you experience it when your with a girl trying to get it on?. That happened to me with one like 3 or 4 times each time. I was mortified. luckily she was a really understanding and awsome girl and i told her i had some difficulties with new partners, mainly because she was so attractive. she actually thought it was "cute" and later i was able to.

That said, i switched to wellbutrin because it was the only antidepressant that DIDNT cause ED.

There are other things you can do too. Cut back on masterbation, if you do. If you do it every day, try to go every other day. This will increase the amount of testosterone in your body, the more testosterone you have, the easier it will be for things to work. One thing you can do to boost this, is if you work out, try watching like 10 minutes of porn before you work out. This will also slightly boost testosterone naturally.

I thought about going to the doctor as well, but decided theres no way id be put on viagra or somthing like that yet, im only 29!.

there ARE natural ways to help alleviate this.

shoot me a pm if youd like :).

Well, first off i went here

https://www.mistermanpower.net/

And actually paid and downloaded the PDF document. yes it was 40 bucks. But considering what not being able to perform was doing to my self esteem at the time, i considered that a bargain.

The testosterone boosting techniques are outlined in this guide, including the one i mentioned. I actually printed it off and showed it to my doctor, who took it home over the weekend for a read. he concurred the advice was sound and medically practical and said the testosterone boosting techniques mentioned were based on real biology.

I must say as a side note, its been about 6 months since ive started following this and since then ive had almost no problems at all. For me this actually worked. I have no shame in saying this was a real problem for me. Id rather talk about it, have it out in the open, and maybe help some other younger guy going through this. Too many ppl suffer in silence over things.

you might look into this: L-ARGININE

it's a supplement that you can find most anywhere that sells vitamins and stuff like that. and it's relatively inexpensive.

it is an amino acid which boosts nitric oxide production in your body. nitric oxide opens your blood vessels. it is often recommended for people with constricted arteries and high blood pressure. the increased blood flow means more blood pumping through your muscles, so body builders take it to help their workouts. an added feature is that more blood also flows into your penis... you get the idea.

apparently it also boosts semen production.

With less testoserone in me I'd probably have achieved a lot more in my life. My dick is always rearing its ugly head, dominating my thoughts, and demanding to be sated like an itch that needs to be scratched until it is satisfied. Testosterone is like a annoying loud yobbo in the back of my head always shouting for my attention. I want to get it up now, and so I have to stop everything else I was doing until the itch is scratched. This ugly yobbo embarrasses me, makes me get obsessed and rejected.

I bet its medication.. This stuff is really crap and recommend any person to avoid meds whatsoever..

Otherwise you seem to get a little nervous when you are with a girl.. No problem with that, you just need to try to relax, stop over thinking as it is a time you should think about enjoying only..

Hmm I wonder if it is not just a placebo effect. I have tried something similar for my condition. I suppose I have become somewhat disenchanted with the supposed magic PDF remedies. Turned out after I had lost 100lbs my condition remained and worsened.

(My condition is not ED it is another condition men would consider castrizing me for having.)

Hi,

I've had this problem for many, many years. In my twenties, I went to see a doctor. He did some tests but he could find nothing wrong. I'm 45 now and still have the problem.

I always thought that the ED was due to my SA. Of course, Viagra takes care of the problem but also seems to reduce the pleasure.

It isn't surprising that drugs to help us reduce the natural.

A lot of depression medicine can cause this. Also, anxiety in general can cause problems with ED.
