I feel like the biggest ****ing pathetic loser on the planet. I'm 27 and still don't have a driver's license. Not because I can't afford it, but because it scares the shit out of me. Why can't I just be ****ing normal?

This is an outrage.
Exactly, it is soooo frustrating when you have used your last "Thanks" button and then you come across another excellent post that you really don't want to have to wait 24hrs to be able to thank that user for! :thumbdown:
We should not have to ration out our tiny number of "Thanks" we get. We should be able to encourage and support as many users posts in here as we like.
As you suggested, they could at least double the pitiful, tiny amount that we are getting to use in 24hrs atm.

My girlfriend is also 27, and also doesn't have a drivers licence. I wouldn't say she has the best boyfriend in the world, but there are guys out there who will make an honest effort and also not really mind having to do all the driving. The driver does get to pick the music in the car though, so you'd probably want to find someone with good taste in that department.
Thanks for this, vj288. I appreciate the positivity. Sadly, I have yet to meet anyone who can accept me for this. It was a big contributing factor to my ex breaking up with me.
Also, it makes my life (and those who have to drive me around's lives) A LOT more difficult not having a license. I don't think I would be an adequate wife or mother (in the future) either if I didn't drive. I really need to get over it - this can't be my whole life.

I too have seen JesusHat hanging around. Not a registered user. Almost certainly a bot which never got past the initial registration phase. Most of the Russian spam bots' usernames are a completely random capitalized first name + a capitalized last name of between 3-5 letters and no space between first and last name. So while the name is...interesting, it was very likely produced at random by spam coding.
