    I just don't like red velvet cake. It doesn't taste good (or look good really) to me.

    Maybe you can't completely stop thinking about your anxiety, but, if you split your thoughts up, maybe you won't think about it so much:). Hum a song in your head, plan out future events, think of a crush;), or observe the world around you:).

    I love provoking thought and contemplation in others:). It makes the world smarter and better. So, which path will you take? Will you seek someone to love you so you can love yourself or will you love yourself and seek someone who can love that you?
