Lifestyle changes (slipped recently tho), attitude changes and pushing myself to reach my goals. I make lots and lots of lists now. I keep a gratitude list, a daily positive list and a daily goal setting list. Just do all these things to keep me in check with reality, coz sometimes i think we lose a sence of reality!
How have you been keeping? Did your cutting down internet time last long?!!!
Also, have a very big day ahead of me this week, not looking forward to it but it will be the best thing for me to get on with life (prob makes no sence ha!!!)

I think things have settled down for his mum, thankfully . My bf and I live in Australia I’m from here but he’s from the US. The summers are quite hard to cope with but I like autumn and spring.

And that’s unfortunate to hear. I like the cooler climate but it’s horrible how people can be affected by it. My bf’s mum are having to deal with tornado weather they had to stay in their bomb shelter for ten days straight because of tornadoes. Luckily their house wasn’t torn to rubble and they had a place to go for refuge, but they get hit quite a lot by tornadoes.

Oh, hey there. It feels good to be back, thank you! :3 I was actually on the other end of a disconnected and (simultaneously) faulty internet connection. Took a little while to get reconnected, and then fixed.

Also, don't worry about not noticing my birthday. I was actually trying to slip it under the radar in the open. So that people didn't feel obligated to do/say something, but at the same time don't feel left out. But thank you regardless.
