Hi dottie, hope you're well.

She was. Unfortunately she died late last year due to an aggressive tumour despite the veterinarian's best efforts. I haven't been here for a while and I've been meaning to change the pic because it's kinda sad. I currently own two other cockatiels.

Btw, are those your cats? That's a really cute pic. I used to have a thing against cats, mostly because I've been a bird person for a while, but quite a few cats have won me over recently hehe.

Nothing much. Just working as much as I can so I can pay bills. lol. Then I rack up more bills so I can go work some more! Yippee! :: I wish I could turn back time so I could've picked a different career path because I really don't know what I'm doing anymore (on so many levels). haha.

Anyway glad you're still around. Half the people on my (already paltry) Friends list don't post here anymore. lol. Now I know what you meant when you said that when you came back, you felt kind of out of place because of all the new faces.

Anyway, don't take this the wrong way, but you seem different (as if I knew you before, right? lol)? You seem more upbeat and confident from the tone of your posts. I assume things must be going relatively well.

Congrats on your new job, dottie. I'm sure you're thrilled to be chained to a cubicle for 8 hours a day, but at least it pays, right? Good luck!
