I disagree that it's negative to vent - it just depends who you vent to, where, and how many times.. if those people can relate or not.. (I can relate, sometimes my relatives frustrate me immensely too!!

I read it only gets negative if you keep repeating it and not doing anything about it.. (or for some people who need serious anger management advice/courses/books at least) Barbara Sher writes it can be healthy, when needed.. (if it's not all you do of course, to 'get it out of your system' and move on!) So, *APPLAUSE*! You go girl!!
