How are you feeling?

Sorry to hear it, portrait. I'm the same - something as small as a throwaway comment can trigger negative emotions, so it's never a good thing to be that fragile. Try to focus on yourself for a little while and hopefully it'll pass.

Believe me, I've been trying so hard to just not think about this particular thing that's been bothering me for a while now. Certain things will sometimes make me think of it, and if I have a lot of time to sit around thinking about things, then it'll come to me then as well. Luckily listening to some good 'ol Metallica is helping to release my anger. I guess that's better than cussing some people out and wishing horrible things upon them.

Well, whatever it is, I hope you can stop thinking about it. Bad memories can dredge up old feelings which can never be nice.

Nothing wrong with old Metallica. :)

That's because you're a Queenslander! ::p:

I'm just kidding. What's wrong, my friend?

*resists the urge to make any NSW Blues jokes*::p:

I am finding it so hard to stop living the same day over and over when I have a natural inclination to avoid change.::(:

We may have lost the last 6 series...but I have a good feeling about next year!

Yeah, I have a hard time with change, too, but when it happens it's usually not so bad. I don't really know what you could do to overcome the problem except mixing up your routine ever-so-slightly. It could lead to better things.

Or you could go all out and come visit me in NSW. :D

That's because you're located in a trench! ::p: I'm in a rut too and stuck. Hope you feel better hard to get out of that ditch but we can!

LOL, yes! I should start by getting out of that trench first, hmmmm :)
If you ever manage to figure out how to get out of your rut can you tell me what worked for you please? and I'll tell you how I did it if I figure it out before you ok?::p:

pain...
PAIN in my legs!! wahhhhhh!
I've thought for all these years that it's growing pains- but considering the fact I haven't grown in like... 7 years; mom seems to think it could be arthritis.
Can you get arthritis in your legs?
I'm dooooooooooomed! T___T

@Weirdy: It can be the sign of a lot of things. Arthritis at your age and in legs seems unlikely to me. Especially if this came on suddenly or recently. :) Maybe you just need to see a masseuse ;)

I used to get unexplained pains in my legs too until someone suggested that I might be lacking in certain minerals. I now take magnesium phosphate and potassium phosphate every now and then and I no longer get those pains.:)

Not really suddenly-- I get the pains regularly; a few times a month... once a week or so- they last all day until I can manage to go to sleep and are usually gone by the time I wake up.
I've been getting them since I was a child, but I always assumed they were 'growing pains'.

Could be from lack of minerals/vitamins, seeing as I lack alot of them and don't absorb most from food or pill form.
Masseuse sounds terrifying. <not gonna lie.
haha

I'm tired and I can feel the onset of melancholy creeping in. I have to go to work in about 5 minutes. Sigh.

Nevertheless, good for you coyote! :)
