Someone needs to create a application that allows you to select a certain part of the screen and then slap it with an animated hand from a chosen angle (preferably with comical slapping noises). This way I can slap certain people in the face virtually..

And highfive others. :3

i was sitting here and just thought to myself, have i eaten today??
its taken me ten minutes to think about and all ive had is three chocolate biscuits and a can of lemonade, yet i dont feel hungry.

Nice observation! Perhaps there's a correlation in how the words were formed.

VERY exhausted. Had college orientation today. I was shaking for about 3/4 of the time, and I had to talk to people. I stuttered a lot and wouldn't talk much, BUT I think I got through it okay. And I'll admit, I DID have a little fun.... I guess I am kinda looking forward to college a little bit more :)

Edit: Was supposed to go in the "How are you feeling" thread. Guess it'll work here too ::p:

As you should be excited! You're young, have a WHOLE new experience ahead of you... scary yes, but exciting, yep. You'll love it I'm sure.

You have never noticed it before because you are a native English-speaker. You can speak it without any trouble, so there is no need to analyze it. There are lots of rules that native speakers follow, but can not consciously explain.

As to the specific question of why they begin with "wh": when you don't understand\know what to do, your mouth closes and your lips purse. You need either information or advice. So often the next sentence is a "wh" question. The "wh" sound begins with the mouth in the same position as it is when you don't understand\know what to do.

The centre of emotions and the language centre in the brain are adjacent. That is why your emotions are betrayed in your voice.

^ Thanks! I should be looking forward to it. I mean, I WANT to go to college, I really do. But then the fear and anxiety just comes creeping back. :p

Anxiety is normal... our levels aren't with SA... but, just expect it, dont let it stop you. =) You arent the only one who when that first week begins aren't nervous esp freshman. Again, you also have 4 years or more, or less, but lots of time... dont feel like you have to be something and feel some way RIGHT at the start. =)

If a thought was truly random how would it be?

Tigers and lions.

Seems random enough. However, it was thought. Thought randomly, indeed, but to serve a purpose.

Is anything truly random? It all has meaning. Random as a something-existence, is quite vague.

Random words. Random thoughts. Random events. Randomly happening, occurring everyday. Random happens. It is. It will be. Random is not random?

i hope it rains, dont know why but i feel like im calm when it rains.
everything has a sparkle and the sound distracts my mind to another place.
