I think I just got a very nasty blog written about me from my ex best friend. I had an odd moment today where I suddenly missed her severely, because I have changed a lot since she's spoken to me.. I purposely pushed her away through being kind of snappy... same time I realized I had AvPD and the beginning of my recovery. Anyway I had originally got on to send her a message asking if she wanted to meet up again maybe? I'm not going to lie it completely crushed me into fine little pieces. I am so not good at hurting people, even if slightly... I wonder if I'll ever forgive myself.. I was originally only recovering because of the guilt.
