Thanks for the encouragement.
I'll test in the social situations and if I wud still sweat. Fear of going to meet people kills me, if this works I don't mind doing this daily for 30-40 days.

Sprawling, at 3.5 I feel nothing at all even when putting hands in. At 4 I feel tingling sensation when I put my hands and nothing after that whatsoever. At 4.25 decent zaps when I put in and some feeling on my wrists. at 4.5 unbearable zaps to a point I cant put my hands in. I wasnt sure if 4 was right for me so I upped it to 4.25. Added baking soda just incase. Are there any adverse effects doing this way? I wanted to pick a most effective method from the start and not loose time or motivation. I've attached the pic of my current setup. Also about using 2 aluminum trays instead of 4. Let me know your thoughts.

The only reason I use 4 trays is that I feel more comfortable with my hands and feet separated. I don't like feeling cramped.

Its been 10 daily treatments, I am still sweating more than normal since 2 days :(
There is some stress and change in weather. I going to stick to it and see how it goes after 14th day.

14 day treatment update:
3-4 sessions ago, I've changed the setup back to 4 trays with aluminum toppers. Not sure whats fixed, I can definitely see the effect.
I am dry most of the time, under heat and stress I have reduced sweating.

My experience today.
-Woke up at 9 and stayed in bed for 15 mins- np sweat (normally I'd sweat by now)
-Had tea on the porch, it was sunny at 75F - No sweat ( but I had very uncomfortable feeling that If I dont sweat my hands would over heat. For a moment I wanted to sweat but no sweat
-had to chat with my old friend. Bad meories - Hands got wet for 10-15 mins
-Had to a electronic store at 3:30PM. Outside temp was around 80F. I would sweat at this point but I was sweat-free until I went to store. But as soon I reached the counter at store, boom sweat breaks out. I was sweating to a point that if other persons sees they'd know something was wrong with me.
- Sweating ceases after I ordered some food at a restaurant. Returns after 10 mins as soon as I met someone I knew (thought of shaking hands)
-Become dry after I started to return home
-Go out for coffee again at 8. No sweat
-Its 10 PM still bone dry.

I wanted to share the details coz I see a good effect and cant deny that its working but wanted to see if anyone experienced on and off sweating situations like mine?
Also is this max I can get with intial ionto and get on maintenance?
I can continue and would like to be 100% under treatment. wondering what would be a realistic goal?

Thank you!

I am really thankful. I am glad I ran into this forum and you all. I got some wonderful tips and really appreciate all your advice, help and encouragement.
Does this mean my initial treatment reached its peak? If I continue more daily treatments would it increase the effectiveness or cause any problems?
Again, appreciate all and any advice.:)

Like we all said before. Treatment is individual. Nobody can answer for sure anymore. All the advice for the most part has been given to you.
Best of Luck... Keep at it.

It sounds like the ionto is working for you but I think you also need to work on controlling triggers. They may vary for you but I found that caffeine and stressful situations are triggers for me. I cut out caffeine completely and it has helped (I was drinking 1-2 cups of coffee per day). I still have one occasionally but never at/before work.

I still sweat using ionto when I get anxious which is what it sounds like is happening to you. You are going to have to learn to relax. If not, you may want to seek medical help with that. I am currently on a very low dose of xanax which I take once daily. It has helped me tremendously with being less anxious and in turn has reduced my sweating. I am not suggesting you go start taking a prescription but if all else fails, it is an option.

Thanks BlueHorn.
I had this issue before I started ionto and even with botox. That is the reason, I was making sure if ionto worked, would it still work in stressful situations and under high temperatures.
Its just that I am not able to get confident, there is that fear of sweat breaking at any point. I am normally dry when I am comfortable even without botox or Ionto. I cant really say it mental either cause I would sweat a lot in summers/high temps.
I trying my best to control the triggers but its like a monkey on my back.
100Us of Botox per hand was fool proof for only 2-3 weeks. I wouldn't sweat no matter what. But cant put those toxins in just for 2 weeks of relief.

No, but I have prescription tho.
I am going to use it for big events. How to use it for max effect? Take 2 pills 30 mins before the event?

I found it works best if you take on empty stomach 1-2 hours before eating. I take 1.5 mg in the morning everyday. It definitely helps. I would start with a low dose and gradually work up. Side effects can be bad if you take too much.

Just bumping this posting because I think it's worthwhile for anyone considering ionto treatments. Treatments have been working well, yet I will get some random sweating days like today. Checked on the prices of my Galvanic and it still can be purchased for about $140.

Feel free to ask questions.

Would it be possible to buy the unit but somehow use my Idromed basins and plates?

I'm not sure if Jezza was going down this route previously but I'd be grateful if anyone has any info.

Unfortunately I am on extortionate PAYG internet and cannot go through all the threads at the moment to find out.

I see absolutely no reason why you can't use your Idromed basins and plates. Every machine out there requires the use of something that holds water. Every unit has a positive and negative lead wire. If you have a working Idromed why not just use that? Unless it is a model that doesn't have pulsed current I can see why you would want to switch over.

I use 4 trays so I can treat my hands and feet all at the same time. Works great! Some people use 2 large trays so they can put both hands in one tray, feet in another. I use 2 trays for my hands that are connected by a single wire. Same thing on my feet. It just comes down to personal preference.
