Hey, how did your doc appointment go? Hope you managed to get some where.

I think a job would make a big difference right now....but I need confidence to go and get one first, haven't had one for 2 years and i don't know what to go for....think I've lost my bottle to go for office work again....I was thinkin about a care worker position but as it's been so long since I did anything on my own, I'm worried anxiety might rear its ugly head.

I think you would be a really great care worker mixedupgirl. Don't let those negative thoughts get in the way. They just want you to remain in that anxious state so they can still exist. It's time to kick them to the curb.

Unfortuneatly I got mugged/assaulted on Saturday so I had to rearrange until next Monday, nothing's going quite my way at the moment! Ha 🙂

For my body to be healthy for once.
To have some control over my mind and emotions and not be the trainwreck i am.
To live in a place that isnt a tiny, one bedroom, leaky, moldy, converted garage, instead to own my own nice house.
To have one last conversation with my best friend who died.
To not feel any more.

Or to have a puppy...
