I've lost 6 pounds and I don't even know how. It's not much, but a couple more kilos I lose and my BMI won't say I'm overweight anymore.

That's great!

85 people in the anxiety disorder group...! Never thought it would get as big as it has.
Quite an achievement for me and for everyone who has made it what it is.

That's some achievement, I think a pat on the back is in order. :😛:

I work at Starbucks and today I tried asking customers how their days were going. It's something I've never been able to do in the three years I've worked in a grocery store (my S-bucks is inside of one). It went well. It got easier the more I did it, and eventually I was able to ask almost every customer something to begin a conversation.

lol i love Starbucks:D

That's a great achievement and it shows that you're doing something right, but it's very sad that there's so many people suffering in your area alone. Imagine how many are suffering worldwide.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. It actually shows that anxiety isn't very rare.

no...it was in the low 50's this morning and gets down pretty low at night depending on where you are. I'm in northwestern maryland and in a valley so it can get pretty cold for summer.

And I like it warm over hot...that's why this day is more beautiful than others...the temp is just right.

They do when you mix them with ketchup.

Try it, trust me. And if it doesn't taste good at first, it just means you haven't drank enough of it yet.

Yesterday was an awesome day for me. 🙂

- I finally drove through the city yesterday. Okay, it's a small city and there was hardly any traffic, but still. I've been avoiding this for over a year now and I finally was able to go for it (not to mention my mother finally forced me too). It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
- It was pretty much an SA free day.
- I bought ice cream! So this may not seem like a big deal, but when there's only one brand, and kind, of ice cream you can buy and it's always super expensive, you don't get it too often. I actually got a new flavor AND it was on sale. Score! 😀
- I got lots of love from my cat and dog. Seriously they wouldn't leave me alone all day.
- I made my parents dinner last night. Not that I've never made them dinner, because I actually do quite a bit, but I figured it would be nice since they arranged their schedule to have to come get me in another state while also trying to do other things. I'm a pain, I know.
- I got my mom into watching a new tv show with me. She's extremely picky when it comes to tv, and I can't blame her, but she usually doesn't like the stuff I watch (apparently it's creepy 🙄). This is a chick-flick type show though, and we always would watch Gilmore Girls together. This has that same flair, so she's enjoying it.
