11:30 isn't THAT late in the morning to wake up, right? Right...?
Bah, who am I kidding. At least it isn't 2 pm, like last week (but only one day, thankfully). I'm slowly dialing my wakeup time back and making my bedtime earlier. I hate when I ruin all my good habits. It seems to be inevitable - there will be a period every so often when I start to slowly fall back into bad habits (eating junk, staying up late, too much computer time, not working out). I know I can fix them again, though, because I've done it before - that's what keeps me from despairing about screwing up!
There is also a specific reason I haven't been eating healthy foods lately, involving not being able to cook for certain reasons, but yeah.
