I always have so strange dreams.. there is darkness everywhere, or at least half darkness. I go somewhere or have to return somewhere, but keep forgetting things, then leaving for them and in the course forgetting there something else instead of it. Like I go for my bag, but forget my sleeping bag there now. Or million of things that prevent me reaching the place that I want to. In fact it seems very simple to get where I want, but I keep messing up all the time. Not only I forget things, but also take the wrong trains or lifts etc. Or I have to return for my things to dangerous places. Then when I hope I am nearly there, only return for one thing, I wake up. Sometimes I dream of having to clean for someone, so I clean half of my dream through, then wake up and no reward. I have heard of some people saying they always have happy dreams, but my dreams are always sad, surreal, lonely and bleak.

How did novels and meandering chapter-based stories become glorified to the point that they're the overwhelming majority in most hobby communities?

Did the seasons stop changing or what? :( I wouldn´t mind but they should stop on summer, not winter.

haha, be careful what you wish for. it seems the same here by me. but it seems as if summer is not really going away. i was kinda hoping it would. i know when winter finally does set in i'm gonna regret saying that. :p

Oh, now I remember what I wanted to do after thinking to post:

"You say you're a loser, yet you keep being one"

I want to go look for job postings...

...If you need a replacement, may I suggest Tyrion? Peter Dinklage is a badass.

Ehhhhh. He's funny but he's also an ass, and I'm not really into asses. Hmm, that sounds... interesting.

...Who was your favorite character?

Weeellllllll, I didn't want to say just in case someone hasn't seen it but plans to, but...

***SPOILER ALERT, SKIP OVER THIS POST IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW***

Hahhhhhh. Favorite GoT quote so far: "I sharpened this blade before breakfast. I could shave a spider's ass if I wanted to." XD

I just watched it and I'm pissed off about who they killed

I'm still upset. Not only was it a pathetic death for a character that has shown that they can hold their own, but it didn't serve the plot in any way. And it was my favorite character.:kickingmyself:

He's a good one. I love just about every character in the books/show. And I mean all of them. Jon, Arya, Sansa, Cersei, Tyrion, Jaime, Brienne, Catelyn, etc., etc., etc. I love 'em all!

I've always loathed Catelyn. I wanted to stab her in the eyeballs every time I read a Catelyn chapter. Tyrion and Arya are my favorites, then Jaime after that I think.

A lot of people don't like Catelyn. Why don't you? I've seen the "she's a bitch and a horrible mother" argument. I honestly think she is cold to Jon Snow. She has her reasons. We may not like it, but that's that. There are plenty of parents in the series who are cold to their own children, let alone one that's not theirs. I think she is fierce, loyal, and absolutely terrified of losing her entire family.

Oooh, I forgot about Asha Greyjoy! I have fallen madly in love with her.

What? How can you not like Catelyn? She's down-to-earth, wise, and caring. Tyrion's okay, Arya's cute but sometimes annoyingly fresh, and Jaime is one of the characters you're supposed to hate for obvious reasons.

Without giving away spoilers, I can't stand Catelyn primarily because she keeps making terrible, emotion-based decisions that have catastrophic consequences for others; and she won't even acknowledge her culpability.

Asha does kick ass. :D

Opal, why so down on Jaime? I mean really, who among us hasn't shoved the occasional small child out of a window?

Okay, I'm speaking from the perspective of having read all 5 of the released books and seen a lot more character development than you.

Actually yeah you're right... Catelyn's definitely not wise, she is led by her emotions. She sort of... looks like a wise person on the show, but that doesn't mean she is. I still like her and think she's caring and overall a person of integrity. And I hate what I know of Jaime right now because he's a pompous, selfish jerk. Duh? :p

I started reading the book last night, I'm on the third chapter I think.

SPOILERY, BUT NOT SPOILERY

I am a horrible person. I CANNOT WAIT for that certain event in the third book/season that is going to freak the **** out of all the people who haven't read the books. I think a lot of people already know what is coming, but for those who don't...:giggle::applause:

Evil. Pure evil, I am.

I still love Catelyn, though. She is far from perfect, but I think she and Ned did well to raise such strong, intelligent children.

I'm tired of career aptitude tests telling me I'd be good at jobs in science and math. How the hell would I be good at something that I a) find overwhelming (complex math problems), b) ALWAYS had difficulty learning (nitty gritty scientific details), or c) don't find interesting AT ALL (both of them)?

Just because someone is "analytical", doesn't mean they're the next f**king Einstein. I'll take words over numbers and abstract ideas over factual reality any day.

Damn test designers. /end rant
