Post your last dream (during sleep)

Mine dream was kinda odd, I just remember being in this area witha lot of old style buildings and the last thing I remember before waking up is walking into a crematory.

Dreamt that I smiled at a young girl my age in college class and then she suddenly become vicious and accused me of disliking her and I was really confused because I was only smiling and being nice.

I guess I dreamed this because I believe people are so messed up and being nice just doesn't help sometimes especially with people you work with

I was back at school and we were all on a trip... Somewhere we had to stay at a boarding house for a week. Upon arriving, we were given a piece of paper with our room numbers on. I was a little distressed that I was given number 21b, whilst my friend (Who wasn't actually at school with me) was given room 12a, which was on a different floor. Then I was told there might be a problem with my room, it was a double, they could have a look for a single, or I could share with someone in a different room. I said I didn't mind having a double room to myself, and I'd rather ANYTHING than have to share a room with someone else... I was then told that we had to be up at 6 AM and there were no alarm clocks in the room. I was also told that the communal space was too small for everyone to fit in, so they would have to socialise in MY room. That meant I couldn't eat anything, and as my watch was not working properly I was worried about getting up on time in the morning. I decided to walk to a supermarket to buy some food and a clock. As I was about to go out, my old school crush came up to me and started talking. He decided to go with me to the supermarket, which made me feel a little better, since I was scared about going. On the way we kept encountering people walking lots of dogs, all of which I stopped to stroke. At the supermarket I bought some food and an alarm clock, and promised my crush I'd cook him a meal. We went back tot he boarding house and realised it was 5:15 AM, so I said there was no point going to sleep and said he may as well come and talk to me in my room while I set the clock. For some reason I couldn't get the clock to get the right time, every time it got close it suddenly jumped ahead by a few hours. Next the person who owned the boarding house came in and shouted at us for not having slept, then said we HAD to have some antihistamine tablets, even if we weren't allergic to anything. I was going to keep it in my mouth and spit it out, but they were soluble ones and I had no choice but to swallow it, disgusting tasting though it was....

Meaning: It's just a few of my fears mixed together with a few likes to make it interesting, nothing else to it that i can detect...

A few days ago, I had a dream that I was on a bus with a bunch of people, it was in the winter time, very cold. I'm guessing we were in Halifax.

There was ice inside the bus, including a huge chuck of ice that was form on the passanger side of the bus. Half of someones face, face attached tot the ice, as it somehow froze on it.

I rememebr we were going fast over a bridge, Probably the Macdonald Bridge (There are two suspension bridges, one has a curse on it, that it will fall down 3 times, it has already fallen down twice, a long time ago).

Anyway, the bus was going really fast, and the cold made the bridge weaker. (I remember, the bridge sunk a little in the center, but really, it is raised a little on the center, I drove on it all the time).

The cable suspension snapped before the bus cold get the the otherside and it fall and crashed on the ice below. After moment or two, it sunk in the freezing water. I remember being terrified as heck, and feeling the cold water. After that I woke up.

Some of my dreams, are like if they actually happened. I cold feel the fear,e ven after I woke up. It was so vivid. There were no other cars in my dream.

I'm guessing the bus was going to fast, becuase 1) We were in a hurry to get out of the city and 2) to keep the bus from stalling and the engine from freezing in the cold. I'm guessing it was -50+ in my dream.

It's weird, becuase I few years ago, I had a dream about the MacDonald Bridge (the cursed one in Halifax that is supposed to callapse 3 times, 3rd one, being a very tragic one).

In the morning of the day of the callapse. I rememeber people siiting under a bridge, on a bench, and they heard a groan from the bridge. People had to fix two of the suspender cables that have come undune that morning. Really, there is no bench under the bridge.

That night, during rush hour traffic, there is a problem at both ends of the bridge, I think a traffic jam at one end. Anyway, so people were stuck on the bridge and it was bumber to bumber traffic.

There is a jolt, which shakes the entire bridge, and the bridge sorta waves back in forth. People start to get out of their cars. I remeber it also being cold, but not nearly as cold as it was during my most recent dream. It was probably chilly, like in October, maybe November. It was in the Winter or late fall, becuase it was around 5:00 PM and it was dark or almost dark.

Traffic was unable to move. The suspender cables started snapping, giving the bridge a big jolt at whatever sention, the suspender cable were snapping off.

Soon, the bridge deck (the part that the cars drive on) starting giving away in the and the cars would plummet into cold water. The Bedford Basin, which is the body of water below the bridge, is usually cold, even during the summer.

Next thing, all the suspender cables started snapping off quickly and the whole deck, fell into the water, except the the part under the towers. Thwere are usually two towers on a suspension bridge, holding the big main cable holding the bridge together.

So there is the big main suspender the runs parralel, that is still in tack, and the towers, and there is a piece of the bridge platforum, still in tack, where the towers are, wil a couple cars on them.

It's scary and intense.

My dreams are way too random to be able to explain :p

But, I have been having recurring dreams of going back to school with my current age and mindset (I'm 22).

A couple years ago, sometime after I got my car, I kept having dreams that I was back in high school, and for some reason, I didn't have my car, becuase I "forgot it". My Dad had been driving me too school anyway, lol.

My dreams are often random like heck and make no sense.

I like reading/hearing about other people's dreams. They are simply fascinating!

The most recent 'interesting' dream I've had was riding on a giant, furry wolf :D Seriously, it was so soft...Anyway, my brother also got on it but he fell off partway through and the wolf and I took a journey through a forest, over the sea to some industrial plant place with gloomy grey clouds.

Not really sure what it could mean. Perhaps the wolf travelling from the forest to a gloomy industrial plant was signifying a change in my mind state from content to murkiness. I've been having headaches lately so it could be true. Also I believe the wolf was highly influenced from watching Eclipse (Twilight), not that that's meaningful at all but just thought I'd share that!

My dream last night:

I was cooking dinner and feeling secretly good about the fact I'd fallen very short of my calorie goal (Set by my husband to get me to eat more).. Then when I was eating dinner I realised I'd added extra food to my plate and had gone over my calorie goal - I felt incredibly anxious and upset about that and resolved not to eat anything the next day. Then I was in a theme park with two boys, who I think were supposed to be my children. We had a very good time together, then we were going to board a ship to head to Mars, but we all became scared, so we ran away, then we were being chased by vicious cats and we had to try to fool them...

Well, the food part was just what was on my mind yesterday evening generally, and it is the way I'd react... No idea what the other part was about... Perhaps I long for a more "normal" life and just want to be happy, but it feels like having to travel to Mars because it is so difficult and I am scared... So of course, I run away...

Every now and then I have these 'explanatory' dreams that seem like lectures from the subconscious. This one is not very colourful, weird and symbolic as usually dreams are, but very plain and life-like, and the message is very direct.

In the middle of the dream I felt an aching emptiness (very much like in real life). I was stumbling about in a dim room. Suddenly I felt I can't take it anymore, that's when I had the strong intuition that my misery will not go away unless I do something nice for someone else. This became an urge - much more than a hobby, much more than charity, it was an urgent necessity, a matter of life and death. To abolish my own pain I had to find someone I could help. I soon discovered a baseball cap left behind and started looking for whom it belonged to. The owner was quite happy when I gave her the lost cap back. Even her fleeting, mild happiness was enough to lift a bit of darkness from my soul. I felt relief.

This dream I interpret as reinforcement and encouragement to follow the path that I think is the right way. Being helpful and nice might be the only way out from our own hell. It's not easy to do. Everything in the world is against the blossoming of this very simple human trait - we've built a world in which being kind equals being a loser. (Who needs a soul, when you've got 'swag'?) Pointless egoism, buying new sh.it every day to pimp your metaphorical peacock tails, being cruel and tough is what's considered fashionable, anything else is viewed as weakness and conformist (!) behaviour even. But I must tell you, when the majority acts like a psychopath, being the good samaritan is the true form of nonconformism. And for everyone, I think, who's battling with their inner demons, the best if not the only way to survive.

Last dream i had was me and my brother buying a huge concrete WWII bunker (which was in Newfoundland for some reason) and turning it into a church for a cult we came up with called "Pentecatholicism" and making allot of money off people's beliefs.
Also we were growing beansprouts in it.
The first part could mean something, about religion being a scam or what have you, but i'm pretty sure the sprouts are meaningless.

I prefer to try and forget about them asap, to rid the "spooked" state i usually am in upon waking (& esp if many/vivid dreams). But some days i remain in this bad/unsafe mood for most of the day.
I thnk dreams are one of the most powerful things, perhaps due to the novelty/wierdness, symbolism, deep/subconscious associations. Very hard to overcome the mood-effects they have (its been 5 or 6 hours after awaking (3am now), and mood is still quite down)

It involved my ex, which is so strange. I never once dreamed about him when we broke up. In the dream his parents showed up at the restaurant I work at, but I didn't recognize them at first. They did seem familiar though, which happens a lot with regulars that come in, so I treated them with familiarity. Then randomly their identity became clear in my eyes, and in walked my ex. He gave me a hug, and I clearly remember dream thinking, "How did he find me?"

It actually scared me a bit, since a little bit before this I had a dream where he couldn't find me even though he was looking right at me. Comparatively speaking, that was a pleasant dream.

Weirdest of all to me is the fact I really never remember my dreams. I wish I knew what these meant. xD

Wow, this seems like it definitely means some kind of change is going on! Do you believe in dream interpretation?

I definitely believe that dreams tell us something about ourselves, but I really would have no clue where to even begin. It makes no sense at all to me, since I hardly ever even think about him anymore.

It might not make sense, but the site Dreammoods.com (either 2 m's or one) always has really accurate dream interpretation! I don't know how they do it, and wouldn't expect such a thing from some website

Thanks! I will definitely be looking the site up. This dream has left me so curious and confused.

This one will take a little preliminary explaining...

I was living the dream as it happened but also watching a music video about it at the same time... The video was of an Italian metal band, singing about what was happening.. The video took the form of comic strips where each frame came to life for a few seconds before moving on to the next one...

Anyway, I was Saint Veronica/a Demi-goddess of the same name (It's my real name, btw). The gods sent me to earth for 50 years at a time, every 500 years. It was my task to find and help/heal the one person who they determined to be right to earn the entire world salvation... Each time I failed, but this dream focused on one specific 50 year stretch... I helped so many people, I was gifted with healing abilities, so I healed and spread happiness wherever I could, but I also fell in love and married. Once my 50 years were up the gods told me that I had failed to find the one person I needed to... I cried bitterly, since that meant I had to leave my husband (Who had aged in that time, although I had remained the same) and also that the world would continue to suffer, for at least another 500 years until I could return. I walked off into a lake and slowly submerged below the surface, as my husband stood in tears watching me... Then I was back with the gods and the dream ended.

I rather like that dream... Wonderful story, and well, it just shows how much I'd like to save and heal this world, even if I know I can't...

Interestingly, my husband had a dream last night in which either 50 or 52 years cropped up as an important point... I wonder if we've both been influenced by something (though I can't think what) or if one of us psychically influenced the other... Or if it's just pure coincidence lol.
