Again... This was taken out by 4Kids because they completely removed the scene of Mewtwo's kittenhood where he was friends with a little girl who was a clone of the main scientist of the movie; her name was Aitwo after the scientist daughter who died in a car crash named Ai. (Trivia. Ai is the Japanese word for love)

This song describes the inocence of Mewtwo as a bad until he was traumatized by all of his friends dying. That's why he killed all the scientists in the beginning of the movie. It's because he didn't like the fact that they where playing God in creating clones; he also resented himselve because he was a clone which wouldn't have existed had the scientists not went on with Giovanni's project.
