I went to Thailand for 6 months to get in shape doing Muay Thai (kickboxing). It was the most beautiful experience of my life. I dont know if this ould help many people, but for me, getting completely away from anyone I knew did wonders for my mental health.

Too bad that was in 2005 and now im right back where I was haha

Erm well no/yes lol
I broke my leg, had to have it up in the air for a month in hospital then a wheelchair after that haha. Also fractured my shoulder bone and mashed my face up which now has a scar on it lol

All while it was christmas time as well, i saw santa in hospital on xmas eve 😮😀

That's horrible, I'm glad you survived it.
