Sometimes when i'm lying in bed the lamp next to me will suddenly make a sort of "clink" noise. I'm assuming its the bulb that does it. And at the exact same time, I always get a strnage little jolt in my chest. It doesn't hurt, it just feels slightly uncomfortable sort of like some kind of very mild electrical current or something like that. It's odd.

Also when I walk, my left arm swings quite a lot, but my right arm barely moves.
