I voted no, sport bores me, I've never been a fan

The sports and everything I'm fine with and that's great and everything, but I don't really care to watch. I voted no because I kind of despise how much money and everything that goes into it. It's a bit ridiculous. It's been sort of stripped of it's true nature in a way (to bring all countries together - like in the Ancient Greek times) Now it's just a lot about sponsorship and making a profit for companies so that this big spectacle can be put on.

The Super Bowl and the Olympics are really the only two sporting events I watch. During the winter Olympics I really only like the figure skating.

It's finally in my country and I could care less. I haven't even watched a half a second of it on TV. Maybe if I lived on the west coast I might go visit, but since I don't, I won't.

In my opinion, I think the point is completely lost here, in what you said. This type of opinion leads to war and senseless death. I can't stand it.

Who really cares who is "better" - to me, it just doesn't matter. Every nation is equal.

Russia's first line is star studded this year to be sure, but they aren't nearly as stacked defensively nor do they have the chemistry that we have.

first line?...theyre DEEP all through their offense.....yah theres Ovechkin/Kovalchuk/Datsyuk/Malkin......but hell theres still Radulov/Afinogenov/Morozov/Kozlov/Semin.......those are some insanely talented players.....easily rivalling our "deep" forwards

youre right their defense is their weak spot but when they have the power to score 4...5....6+ goals a game who needs it? haha

The opening ceremony was dedicated to him, with a long moment of silence, too. I think it was a very nice gesture. Amazing to see but also hard to watch.
