Who would say that?h:
A lot say that actually. I'm not sure why, it just makes me skip over them. I guess it's more about using the word "real."
Who would say that?h:
Also avoid saying.
"I'm looking for a REAL MAN!"
Lots and lots of beautiful girls, but I find that I dont have anything in common with them, the people who I find the most interesting tend to be very religious which makes sense but it is very ironic because I am not, they also probably wouldnt like me because of that,so I get nervous to start messaging them.
Exact same thing for me. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't do big parties or anything so it seems like the only people who have qualities I look for are more religious people, it's very annoying.
The worst for me however is that I also can't stand sports and it seems like all the women on online dating sites are all "the perfect day for me is having a beer and watching football tee-hee giggle"
Yea I can relate to that.
I'm a non smoker, don't drink and don't do parties.
My ex became an alcoholic so I am quite wary of someone who enjoys a drink or two.
I'm guessing this narrows the field down to probably 5% :idontknow:

I always kind of hate it when I'm watching a tv show and someone mentions alcohol or weed and everyone applauds.
From my experience, you can't pay much attention to stereotypes. There are lots of women that meet that want to have sex, they just have much more coy way of doing it.
Online dating is for Sexy men (mix betwene good lock and bad boy personality) . if you are not that guy , dont play it or it will hit your self esteem and think something wrong with you .
^Women will play games, that's just what they are programmed to do.
"Average guy who doesn't drink, smoke or party, average looks, average income..average life....'
How many responses do you think I'd get with that?![]()
Yea I have to admit, when I was in my early 20's, I did the whole party and drinking thing. And all that happened was I usually got myself into troubleh:
Now I can't stand to even be around someone who is even slightly drunk..
So my online dating ad would start with something like;
"Average guy who doesn't drink, smoke or party, average looks, average income..average life....'

Yep, women play games, they run and jump, and pole vault. And they impress the hell out of me.
It's all about hypergamy. Everybody online is trying to "date up" which means that the cream of the crop is getting the most legitimate attention.
I'm beginning to think that average online daters are not attracted so much to other average online daters.

When it comes down to actually choosing targets, men choose the modelesque.
Someone like roomtodance above gets nearly 5 times as many messages as a typical woman and 28 times as many messages as a woman at the low end of our curve. Site-wide, two-thirds of male messages go to the best-looking third of women. So basically, guys are fighting each other 2-for-1 for the absolute best-rated females, while plenty of potentially charming, even cute, girls go unwritten.
2/3 of male messages go to the top 1/3 of women.
The medical term for this is male pattern madness.
