Hey everyone,
I haven't been browsing this place for long but saw enough to realise I should come and be a part of it. Many things said here which I have often thought myself, and perhaps I can contribute and help too.
Since registering yesterday I've actually been rather excited (which is unusual), during the day at work, about coming back and being able to post on here with like-feeling people. As easily guessed, though, I got to the point of wanting to post an introduction and didn't know what I should say and so it took a while to get around to it.
My social anxiety is probably milder than most on here, but it's still something that inhibits me in so much of my life that I'm eager to be able to help support and be supported on a forum like this.
My handle, Reinventing, is from a song called 'Reinventing Your Exit' by Underoath. The song marked a moment in my life where I overcome all of my anxieties to reach for someone I loved.. so it's a poignant memory for here.
Spiel over with and done. I look forward to spending time here.
Bob.
