At the beginning of the week the scale said I weigh 181.the next day I ate pizza and cake and a day later the scale said I weighed 180-179. I ate a thin crust pizza well within
My calorie limit and weighed myself the next day and it said 181.I don't understand how I ate bad and lost a pound one day then ate the same thing and gained it back in one night even though I was in my calorie limit and now I'm back to where I was at the beginning of the week. Why is this?:
