Hypothetical question

What would you do with your time if you were given $10,000 / month for the rest of your life AND you didn't suffer from anxiety, depression, etc. anymore?

I'd get anxious because I wouldn't know how to use that money, and feeling anxious would probably make me depressed. So I guess at that point I might not feel like going out anymore... oh my god, not SA again!

Seriously, I have no idea. It's not something easy to decide. Maybe I would spend like 2000 dollars a month and have a normal social life, save the rest of the money, and my job would be... studying maybe. Learning. Either on my own, learning languages and travelling, or going to some university... don't know.

ooooh i like this question...there are a few places Id still like to go to like Japan, south america and China...so i'd travel to those places.

I'd also save some of it up over a few years so that I could buy homes in a few different places eg switzerland, italy and my home....also i'd get a yacht which I'd keep in the med.

I would also make sure my family her financially secure and my friends. I would invite everyone to the houses and yacht all the time no SA.....wooohooo!

It would also mean I could have lots of children without worry of providing for them.

Oh now I wish I had that money!!

Anxiety or no anxiety, I would definitely try something new every month. I'd do things like sky diving and travel to different places and eat different foods. I'd really like to do the shark cage thing. After all, the shark can't get in, right? That kind of money would motivate me to do a lot of things. Not to mention all the shopping I would do. I'd save up and buy a bad-ass car like a Ferrari and drive it everywhere even to the supermarket. lol

I'd go around to poor schools with a sound system andteach the very little kids to sing a bunch of sappy classic songs that make people cry. I'd make CD's of them singing the sappy songs and then teach them how to market their own music in rich areas where people like all that sobby stuff.

I'd adopt a whole bunch of old and sick unwanted animals and give them a wonderful last few years and I'd hire a bunch of poor people to look after them and pay the poor people really well.

I'd recruit a group of beauty school students and pay them to go around to old age homes to make all the grannies look and feel pretty. And I'd take them to the hospice too because no one should ever have to die ugly.

I'd buy my own lab and employ my own staff or doctors and scientists dedicated to finding the cure for blushing.

I'd pay for a bunch of honest and trustworthy hobos to learn karate and teach them flawless, genltemanly manners and then pay them to stand at either end of dark alleys so they can walk down the dark alleys with women who are walking alone at night and protect them from muggers and stuff. And I'd pay the hobos really well so that it wouldn't be worth their while to turn into muggers themselves.

Ah! There's just too much to mention. I think I've overspent my 10 000. But I guess that's why they call it a fantasy.

I'd get out of the hellhole that is Miami for one. Then I'd buy things I've always wanted since I live in poverty... I'd travel a lot... I'd buy friends (lol) or make them since I don't have any problems anymore right? I'd do everything I've always wanted but haven't been able to do because of money problems, and I'd have fun for once in my life.
I'd also get some surgeries...

i would maybe buy a motorhome and go around the world for a few years. have some crazy experiences. ive always wanted to visit asia so i would do that first.
that or move to hawaii and just surf all day and everyday and play my guitar on the beach, that would be cool.
if i stayed in this country id probably end up doing the same shit. only id have more luxuries in my home like cinema size telly, marks and spencer food and every film ever made. id probably never leave the house.

That's more money than I need all by myself, so I'd most likely spoil the ones I care about with gifts, and also donate (more) to certain charities. I'd also move out and buy my own house (or a mortgage atleast,) and use some of the money to get a better education. Nothing too imginative, I'm afraid.

Well personally I wouldn't want that much money, I'd try to give to anyone in my family who needs it & secure college & a car & etc.
It'd help me jumpstart my writing career I really want to write about my experience with avoidant personality disorder (there is nary a thing out there written about it other than lame books by know-it-all doctors) & also much more.
