I need to get my anxiety medicine today, especially since I doubt I'll be sleeping all day like I have been the last few days or more but I'm too scared. But if I don't go now, the anxiety's just going to get worse the longer I'm without my medicine. I've already been without it a week. I can't wait until we move & the pharmacy's right across the street. It will be so much easier to go get it then. It doesn't help much, but it helps enough that I notice a difference when it's gone. We also need groceries & I'm too scared to get them ::(:

I'm meeting someone tonight that i haven't seen in ages and i'm pretty nervous. We used to be good friends but lost touch because of my illness, but we've been chatting on Facebook a lot recently and seeing as he only lives about 30 mins from me we thought it's silly chatting online when we can just meet up. It seemed like a good idea at the time but now i'm cacking myself!

It's really confusing for someone with Bipolar,it can cause psychotic symptoms like hearing and seeing things.Your Mum might not realise she has it.

emm by that description it doesn't sound like she has it, its more she has a moody personality but the reason i confuse that is that my brother has actually being diagnosed as bipolar and he has the periods when he seems high and then he gets really moody and extremely aggressive

trying to remember when i fell asleep in the playground when I was 7ish.. it was so nice....i rly cant continue...

my neck hurts :mad: today we had to carry a sofa up a ladder cos we couldnt get it through the door , so up it went with my head resting on the bottom of it , it was heavy really heavy , but we did it :D

Im pretty happy, just ran 6 miles and made some sexy chicken pittas. Feeling quite anxious cos my mum is going to ring the doctors tomorrow for an appointment for me. I normally freak out when it comes to them so i've never been but this time i'm gonna do it cos im so fed up.

Finally when I find a decent guy friend,doesnt matter to him about bragging about girls,or who is the biggest *******,they kinda move him away,so now I talk to him less and less.......

I was kidding. i know how much your games mean to you! i'd be the same if someone was ruining something i enjoyed!

And yeah a few of us had an SPW crash, it's happening quite a bit lately :confused:

I feel really good, i went out with my mate and nothing bad happened! i actually had a really good time, it was so nice to see him again and hopefully we'll be meeting up a lot more often now!
