I'm not pleased that I am getting to bed much later than I did the last few days.
A migraine forced me into bed with some Nyquil around 8 one night (after only having been up for 5 hours), and the next morning I woke up at 4 and couldn't go back to sleep, so I was up for the day, and the rest of the day turned out to be pretty busy so when I got home I was tired around 7. I got to bed around 9, but I ended up sleeping 14 hours!
I woke up this morning at 11. I don't know why I slept so long.
So now I've only been up since 11 am and I didn't go outside at all. Later wakeup time + no exposure to sunlight + not much energy spent = not sleepy around 10, my ideal bedtime.
-----> tl;dr: I'm getting to bed around 1 am today and I am not a happy camper
My own fault, but it sucks to not be tired.
