I was able to clear my head a bit. Thing is most of them arrive early, I always try to have some buffer zones and it has mostly worked so far, but at the same time I don't want to spend more time there then I haft to. Your advice is the only thing I can do though, if I'm to go there at all, so thanks.
I don't know how your lectures are set out. For mine, the lecture theatre is set up like a normal theatre.. sometimes what I would do is get there early, put my jumper and my books on the little desk, at the very top of the lecture theatre, nearest the exit. Then I'd go and read somewhere until my lecture was due to start. Nobody would notice me come back in, and I wasn't ever in anyone's way to move. To be honest, for my discipline, most of the lectures are only supplementary, it's more important to attend seminars, so I skip lectures.
I don't know if you've spoken to anyone at Uni, but most of them have a Disability support service. The Disability service at Kent has been absolutely amazing for me. They've helped me make alternative arrangements for presentations, get essay extensions, and they'll also provide you with specialist equipment if need be, at no cost to you. You'd need an assessment of course.
One of the things that they may be able provide you with is
A) A note-taker. Someone who could take notes for you so that you don't need to be in the lectures necessary.
or B) They could provide you with a digital recording device so that you can leave it on the desk of the lecturer, record the seminar, and retrieve it after. Or, you could have a note-taker do this for you.
I definitely think it's worth looking into.
