I usually don't do anything, but when I get really pissed off I throw whatever I happen to be holding at the time, or whatever is closest to me :p

A Katana with flames coming off the blade and stuff. That's my ultimate weapon choice.
If I had to choose a non-deadly weapon I'd probably just throw something solid at your face. I'm not a very violent person, so I'd never actually do that to anyone UNLESS I was abused. I also like base-ball bats. Blunt weaponry is great for beating out anger. I've always wanted to snipe someone from a clock tower.

But seriously, your wife hit you over the head with a frying pan? Dude...

that frustrates me, too.. i understand that some women kind of have a warped idea of love and really do feel like it's not bad.. but i just can't imagine ever being okay with a man hitting me! love has absolutely nothing to do with verbal or physical abuse.. even when people say "he just has really strong emotions and reacts strongly blah blah blah", that's bullsh!t, that's not normal! some women just don't understand what they could really have and truly deserve ::(: ...where you at serafina? i know you feel me on this one! lol :)

I've been married to my husband for 17 years and although he has made me mad on quite a few occasions, I've never thrown anything harder than a pillow at him...... So what your wife did isn't typical wife behavior...

Exactly. Hurting someone because you're mad at them (or for any reason) is silly. There's always a way to reach an understanding using words.

Okay, the rifle is real...but it has never been fired, and it won't stay all pretty very long because of the heat of the barrel which will burn off all the pretty paint and the flash suppressor at the end of the muzzle will carbon it up all sooty black...

Also, I don't like the term "assault rifle"... No offense, but I have never seen a rifle "assault" someone before, have you? It's a rifle.... I could turn a .30-o6 hunting rifle into what people call an "assault rifle"... It's a media word used to invoke fear in people... Sensationalism at it's best... It is a rifle that shoots .223 bullets which is much smaller and slower in velocity than most hunting rifles, but looks more dangerous because of the banana clip or standard issue clip underneath...
