I got Animal Crossing around Black Friday and have been playing pretty regularly, which I honestly didn't think I was going to. I think it's either being able to organize an entire island however I want while actually living in a cluttered house with one hoarder and anti-neat freak or being able to pay off large amounts of debt every day whereas in real life they are insurmountable and never ending.
I wish in I could just go out an catch 12 snow crabs and have it erase my student loans like it would in the game

My husband and I recently got Mario Kart for the Switch and have been playing it just about every Friday and Saturday night. Photo is an accurate portrayal of our playthroughs along with some frequent cussing by me.

I just finished "Little Nightmares 2" and 
I love the game's style, the setting and story...too bad is quite short
but definitely one of those games that once you finish them...you're left with this "I need mooore, let's spend 500 h looking for info in forums and wikis 
" feeling haha

I tried to learn how to play piano when I was 13, got signed up for lessons and everything. It did not go well and I gave up a few months in. 
Safe to say I am very much not musically talented.

Thanks everybody! Of course, to me it sounds all around sloppy, but if real people think it sounds good, that's all that really matters.
And now I have until baseball season starts to learn "Take Me Out to the Ball Game".
There are a couple of hurdles when you're starting out, especially when you first try to play with both hands. I spent too much money on equipment to not work my way past them, though.Nicely done!

Well Pyro, the way it sounds to you also matters, even if ppl say is good or even if you know you're good but can get even better, go ahead and improve because, why not?

I'm pretty excited about this. I skipped basically everything after Wii/GBA until the Switch, so I missed a lot of games. Porting the fourth generation will give me a chance to experience it for the first time which will be awesome! (I hopeNew Pokémon games were announced today. Been waiting for the Gen 4 remakes and glad to finally see them!
I really like the chibi-style here. They remind me of Fisher Price figures.
Wasn't expecting this prequel though!How awesome and exciting!
) And that prequel game looks like a new take on the series, which could be a really nice change of pace. Also pretty excited for the port of LoZ Skyward sword which I missed out for the same reason. I played through Link's awakening which was great on the switch, hopefully the Skyward Sword port holds up as well.
And New Pokemon Snap is hitting me in all the nostalgia spots
I'm pretty sure the first one on the N64 was my first video game ever, so a remake is exciting me greatly. And I'm hoping I can the GF to play it with me too. I've already got her hooked in Animal Crossing, so I figure I figure a cute photography game is a natural next step.Some good games on the switch to look forward the coming year though, woo!
