i smoke here and there theres weeks i go without smoking then weeks where its my best friend....but deffinately not a heavy smoker never more than a pack a week!
From the age of 15..16 i smoked no less that 2 packs of Marlboro Reds a day sometimes more until i was about 22. I smoked so heavily it started effecting my breathing so i quit and started chewing snuff!
It doesn't really. That is an illusion.I smoke a pack a day, I feel it really helps ease the social anxiety
Why?haha...man i would love to smoke
Well obviously you are on the verge of insanity if you want to smoke! From someone who has quit after smoking for over 20 years...don't!right now im on the verge of insanity...and i would love to huff and puff
Good. I hope you never do.I am totally blaming Mr. Cigarette, and I don't plan on ever having one again!
Well done!2 weeks now.
Its true that anything with nicotine prolongs the addiction as that is the primary reason for smoking in the first place. Some people have managed to quit using them all the same. However there is an easier way to do it than willpower - known as EASYWAY by the late Allen Carr.If anyone's trying to quit, cold turkey is the only way to go; patches and the like just prolong the withdrawal symptoms and distract you from countering the psychological factors (e.g, 'triggers')
