Things that piss you off...

My hunch is these types of therapists are generally psychodynamic in orientation. Their therapy is based on the philosophy of intrepreting what you're really thinking and feeling based on how you act and delving into unconscious processes. So they kind of have the attitude of they know what you're thinking and feeling better then you do since you don't know your unconscious. I used to like that type of therapy but now im not so thrilled with it. I also hate it when I open up about something with my therapist that took a lot of courage to open up about and his entire response to everything i said is uh hmm.

Wow, either you guys have..slightly off therapists or mine is just really good. I love my therapist, she gives me her opinions, she never lets the silence linger too long, not afraid of filling it up (knows how uncomfortable I am), and always makes my pain out to be so much more than I feel it as, which is probably true, seeing I don't show pain to others. It's like she over-exaggerates to comfort me. If I were to tell her something that takes a lot of guts, she'd go "Wow, that must have caused a great deal of anguish!" really exagerate it like it was meant to be painful to say, which is comforting... Only problem I have with her is she keeps asking me "Do you want to be here?" "As long as you want to be here" "Are you planning on continuing?" as if I come off as a jerk or somebody who doesn't want to be there, when really I DO. I've only had 2 sessions!! It really gets to me, I feel like i'm doing something reallly wrong. ha.

Lately, the thing that has been pissing me off is when people come over to my house without notice. I usually run upstairs when people come over lol.

For the sake of getting my anger out, post the things that piss you the **** off.

ah man, sooooo many things!!!

One of the top things I hate is that whole middle aged, middle class, well-adjusted, lukewarm, comfortable lifestyle.....the salmon coloured shirts, and the glass cabinets, and the pristine pine furniture that no-one's allowed to use, and the obsessive cleanliness, and spending all your money on redecorating kitchens that were perfectly fine to begin with, and the whole passive aggressive thing, where they drop these little hints of disapproval while desperately grinning and acting like there's no problem when it's blatantly obvious that they're covering up this deep well of hatred inside of them! aaarrrgh!!!

To me it's just a massive symbol of a person who has got their priorities out of whack.

I also hate arrogance, knots, and people who don't clear up after their dogs!

[I've opened the floodgates now! ;)]......Rudeboys I hate aswell.....these people that act really tough and dress like gangster's, and walk with a limp, with ciggy in mouth and argh, they just look so ridiculous......and it pisses me off how they parade around all threateningly and bully people....who do they think they are?.....argh!.....yea they piss me off too!

Waking up in the morning, why the hell can't I just fall into a coma.

I often feel like this especially before going to work.

Other things that annoy me are people who feel the need to comment about me being quiet and a snob. I'm quiet but I'm not a snob.
People who talk loudly with the person next to them but the entire room can hear what they're saying.
People who talk loudly on their mobile phones.
Dog **** on the pavements.
Passive aggressive and aggressive behaviour.
People who ignore me and then tell other people that I'm ignoring them.
Others include materialism, unrealistic expectations of how beautiful and thin women should be and people who don't speak properly e.g. I was just like so like kind of no but yeah but no but yeah.

Couple of things, disrespectful people, cheaters, liers, people who think they are the best thing since sliced bread and people who suport those I mentioned, then they get ****ed over and dont know why, vegans(cant believe I was this naive once),delusional people, most religious included, not all because there are some reasonable ones left, what I am talking about are the ones who twist reality, scientific laws and theories to fit their agenda, well if you are so bright why dont you go and publish a paper and prove everybody wrong, since you know better than people who study the field.

Commercials, bad music (and lyrics about "b*tches", money, power, jewelry, rim sizes and gratuitous violence), my "family", drugs and alcohol, politics and war, fast food restaurants, The United States of America, a girl who shall remain nameless, parties, cheerleaders, pharmaceutical companies, SUV's, mankind, oil spills, deforestation, cruelty to animals, know-it-alls, hot weather, bill collectors, ill-fitting clothing, outgoing people, constructive criticism, people I encounter who are taller than me (happens rarely), counselors and therapy, mainstream, gay bashing, tract housing / cookie-cutter housing, people who powerwash their drive-ways for nearly an hour...

This list will be updated frequently. :)

Most of those things would be on my list too. If I were to add, people with road rage (tailgaters), complainers, people with an inflated sense of entiltlement..nothing satisfies them, discrimination, arrogant people...and thats all I can think of at the moment..

People who ask you to get them something and leave it up to you to choose who turn around and bitch that what you got them isn't good enough. If you have specific, rigid needs then say what you want up front.

I hate seeing those guys who take the fact that there constantly in a relationship for granted I sit alone and lonely wishing I could be in a loving relationship while these jerkoffs are being chased by a bunch of girls just for being jerkoffs.

I know there are more important things to be mad about but this is just a big pet-peeve of mine.

Teachers are really pissing me off lately and you think you get over all the crap with them when you leave school... you have kids then you got to deal with all over again...

TV show producers that simply cancel fantastic shows because they feel it doesn't bring in enough profit, or has enough ratings. Leaving you with a huge season-end cliffhanger. It's so heartbreaking and unjustified sometimes. I understate it, but it really angers me when they do that.

I hate how those 'stand-around salespeople operate. You know the ones that hang around train stations and at the entrance and exits of stores and shopping centres, or the ones that block the foot path so that you're trapped, and they're all like "oh how's your day going miss, I just want to talk to you about....." and dont let you get a word in. I hate how "I" feel guilty for saying 'sorry, I'm in a hurry' I say it politely enough, but they always give me a rude look after. They are so annoying and totally wreck my day, that shouldn't even be legal, I should be able to walk down the street without being haggled and harassed. I hate being forced upon .

I'm with you on this one. I end up feeling really guily too, because I find it hard to say no, and then I feel like a piece of **** when it's some children's charity or something like that. They are everywhere in Melbourne.

I get really pissed off when i'm waiting to hear back about an important email i've sent, and then never get a reply.
